About Baylys Baits – The company was founded during the 2020 pandemic and has gone from strength to strength ever since. Baylys Baits are a family run business based in Essex and we consider every single one of our team members and customers as a part of the Baylys Baits Family. Martin Bayly the founder and owner of Baylys Baits has been an avid Carp Angler for more than 20 years and in that time like many of us, has read, researched, and investigated probably most of the marketing strategies, catch reports and articles about carp baits, ‘catch the bigger fish’, ‘draw them into the swim’ and more.
