Designed completely by Joan Pahissa and Pedro Soveral, stands out for being almost an artwork, made of local Barcelona wood and using high-quality paper sheets to indicate the hours of the day. In the inexorable march of time, the sheets keep on moving and delicately press against a metal indicator, producing a pleasant sound to the ear as they pass. The clock utilizes a conventional clockwork mechanism powered by an AA battery, which allows for its operation.
