The original illustrations were drawn with colored pencils and then printed on recycled 200g paper. The cover is a bit heavier. This paper is 100% post-consumer (PCR) used paper and no trees have been cut down for it. Handy because an annual calendar only lasts one year. The paper is off-white and has a subtle fiber. Nice to receive or to give! The back page lists all the bird species.
