Beek Vintage Beer Genever 3 years - 70cl

We put our old genever aged 1 year in barrel for another 3 years in a barrel that previously contained dark, full and heavy beer: a nice, firm quadrupel from the Koppige Kater from Delft. This Bier Genever has become warm and creamy. You smell grain, vanilla, tropical fruit and a spicy bitterness from the hops. The taste: bitter, hint of coconut, fruit, wax and some hops. In the long aftertaste wood, grain and fruit alternate. 41.8% alcohol
