Beginner Wax carving - Lost wax carving method Learn the art of lost wax carving , creating basic rings, pendant and charms in wax. Have a creative fun with friends and loved ones creating unique jewellery pieces in my London studio using Jeweler’s wax. It is a relaxing workshop and suitable for beginners. This workshop can be gifted for birthdays, Anniversary, Hen nights or any special occasion. In this beginner wax carving workshop - , you will be taught how to carve a ring , pendant or charms using a range of wax carving tools. The finished wax is then sent to a caster for casting into silver ready for cleaning and polishing to picked up at a later date or posted out within 2 weeks. WHAT YOU LEARN Create designs for wax carving Process of wax carving using wax tools how to finish and clean up wax design ready for casting. WHAT YOU’LL MAKE Choose one of the following Ring (max 8mm wide) Pendant (30mm by 15mm) 2 Charms or 2 small pendants( 15mm by 15mm) INCLUDED THE COST Material, Tuition , Casting of silver ring/pendants in silver. Note: if you want your finished piece gold plated, then an extra cost of £25 is payable on the day. Also any piece larger than the specified dimensions will incur an extra charge.
