At first it was only produced in very small quantities, for sale in one of the restaurants, as a souvenir of the gastronomy of the Canary Islands. Today, we make our extra jams with fruits from the Canary Islands, in slow cooking to preserve the qualities, qualities and flavor of the fruits. Since 1995 we have been making our cactus jam (Indian tuno), which continues to have, then and now, a great acceptance among consumers.
