Like curry, baharat, an Arabic spice mixture, is produced in many regional variants. This mixture gives every dish an oriental touch! Goes wonderfully with meat such as lamb, fish, vegetables, couscous, legumes, rice and potatoes. It is also used for flavored mocha, the baharat coffee.
