TOTEM KITCHEN, composition of tower accessories in marble, wood and 316 stainless steel by bettisatti srl

TOTEM-C1-01 is a tower composition aimed at improving daily habits in the home kitchen, now a place for culinary experiments in the name of sustainability, tradition and non-waste.  By breaking down the object, different tools and accessories are revealed: 1 cap-streak, 2 containers, 1 hamburger mold, 1 meat tenderizer.  The tower is a functional object for food preparation and therefore superficially treated with certified products compliant with the MOCA 1935-2004 directive.  Each article has its own variability because it is designed with natural materials.  The superficially visible grain differs for each item due to the well-known natural inhomogeneity of the marble.  The item, made with numerical control machines, is made in Italy and has a declaration of conformity of materials and objects intended to come into contact with food products because they comply with CE Community legislation.  Year of production 2019.
