If for any reason you are unhappy with your order you have 14 days to return it to claim a refund.. Please return the item in its original packaging and you will then recieve a full refund minus the shipping cost. Return cost is at the buyers expense unless faulty but please do let us know why you would like the refund before posting the item back to us. I am unable to offer refunds on made to order items, unless they are faulty. In the unlikely event the item should arrive damaged we will of course replace the item free of charge.
