Perfect for a hot day or to accompany light dishes.​ ​ What is a Hefeweizen? It is a beer characterized by yeast, which brings cloudiness and flavors. Along with yeast, wheat or wheat malt, contained in large proportions, provides an essential freshness to Hefeweizen. You may observe a slight orange haze which is characteristic of wheat beers.​ ​ The added bonus: The beer rests naturally in the vat to allow most of the yeast to settle! Alcohol content: 4.6%
