Origines is based on a simple idea: to create a beer that reflects the French terroir. 

The Strisselspalt hops used in this beer are a historic variety from Alsace particularly suited to its terroir and providing spicy notes. 

Red colored beer. 

It is dominated by caramel malts. 

On the palate, we find sweet, caramelized and slightly spicy notes.
