Causses du Quercy natural incense

The natural incense of Pays aux Bois is made from Landes pine resin and various ingredients from the forest of Pays aux Bois, between Quercy and Périgord Noir. The Causses du Quercy scent will invite you on a journey to the south-west of France. This incense diffuses scents typical of the Quercy region, mixing scents of sage, lavender and perennials. Our natural incenses are made exclusively with ingredients of natural origin from the forest. They contain no synthetic fragrances, dyes, glues or chemical combustion activators. Their scents are only exhaled during combustion, it is also proof that they are not “soaked” incense with synthetic fragrances. They have no chemical combustion activators. Our incenses are not on wooden sticks. It is only their composition, made of various resins and ingredients from the forest, that allows them to hold. However, they are fragile and must be handled with care. Light the incense and leave the flame for a few seconds to develop a good combustion. Smoke can be a bit heavy when lighting. Extinguish the flame when incense burning is visible and allow the incense to burn. It is only when the correct combustion temperature is reached (a few tens of seconds) that the incense exhales its scents. Our incense sticks have a burn time of approximately 60 minutes. There is no need to let them burn out all this time. We recommend uses by range of 8-10 minutes. To extinguish the incense, cut the tip of the incense with a knife or immerse it in the medium of sand or salt. No water.
