Originally from South America, it is now cultivated in many tropical countries. Our natural cashew nut comes from Burkina Faso, where it is harvested by hand, carefully selected, and processed on site to guarantee exceptional quality, a lower carbon footprint and a positive social impact. Cashew nuts are rich in protein, minerals (especially magnesium and phosphorus) and a source of fibre. We prefer it plain, untoasted, with no added salt or oil, in order to preserve all its nutritional qualities.
