For enhanced effectiveness, it can be combined with our peppermint infusion. ● HOW TO CONSUME IT? Pour 150 to 250 ml of boiling drinking water into a glass or porcelain container over the recommended quantity of plants: 4 to 5 tablespoons, or 14 to 18 g per litre of water, per day, infused at 80°C maximum, then cover and stir from time to time. Let it steep for about 5 to 10 minutes. Filter with a strainer.
