BULK natural green olives

BULK: 1 Kg net drained bag x 6 units per box Our green olives are harvested by hand from September to October. Sorted then rinsed with clear water, they are put into barrels with lightly salted water which is renewed every 15 days for 12 months to allow them to debitter. For their preservation and shipping, these olives are put in brine (water and salt) and in barrels. The preparation and packaging are done at our place in Provence. Guaranteed ancestral method, recipe without citric acid and caustic soda. Origin Morocco.
