A delicious pancake with the particular good taste of buckwheat. For even more indulgence, we have added chocolate chips. Our pancakes from Brittany are made only with buckwheat flour from Brittany IGP. Buckwheat under certification is a natural product, without any treatment from seed to flour. The nutritional particularity of buckwheat is that it does not contain gluten. All our biscuits are made by hand and packaged by us by hand in 150g bags. All our raw materials come from local producers and are guaranteed without additives.
