RASPBERRY BRETON CAKE

Like all our other Breton cakes, it is made with shortcrust pastry. A raspberry jam is incorporated in its center which gives it a fruity and slightly tangy taste. The raspberry Breton cake is an ideal cake to accompany coffee or a pirate snack! Our family Breton cake is a shortcrust pastry with a diameter of 18 cm. The raw materials used (flour, eggs and butter) come from local producers and are guaranteed without additives.
