Apply the Velvet Brow Pencil to your eyebrow. Start at the highest point and fill in the back of your eyebrow. Then draw a soft line to the corner of the eye and blend everything with our Spoolie-Angled Brush. Finished! The intensely pigmented pen is available in 3 colors. Tip: You are welcome to combine the Velvet Brow Pencil with the Brow Dips. To do this, choose the pencil one shade lighter than the brow dip and first apply the dip to the back area, then the Velvet Brow Pencil to the front area. Then you can blend the transition between dip and brow pencil using our SpoolieAngled Brush. The perfect combination: Browdip- for more drama and expressiveness combine our brow dips.
