This tea is full of the charm of nights spent in the desert gazing at a Saracen moon. This recipe faithfully follows that of the nomadic populations of the Maghreb, with the rich flavors of Nanah mint (2 varieties) and gunpowder green tea. Very enjoyable even during hot summers, it has low caffeine levels and can therefore be enjoyed at any time of the day. It is traditionally prepared with lots of sugar.
