THE SOAP TO ENJOY WITHOUT HURRY Donkey, lemon… We imagine ourselves in the Cretan mountains following a farmer and his cargo of lemons loaded on his donkey under a blazing sun. It is perhaps this memory that inspired our Maître Moussier. Unless it's his new whim of drinking a hot lemon in the morning when he wakes up (he begins his physical preparation for the end-of-year celebrations in November; he prefers to take a little leeway before all the excesses) ? One thing is certain, the success of his first Marseille soap with lime made him want to create a new version, this time with lemon, and above all, a version enhanced with donkey's milk, to bring your body and your face, a dose of deep hydration. THE BENEFITS OF ORGANIC DONKEY MILK AND LEMON Lemon is a very special fruit whose origin has remained secret for a very long time. Multicarpelled ovary, mucro, columella, sepal, calyx, epicarp... For obvious reasons of far too scientific terms, we will not dwell today on the anatomy of the lemon, but as you can see, it looks terribly complex. On the other hand, be aware that there are a multitude of varieties and that their taste varies enormously from one species to another. Now let's hurry and study the benefits of lemon in cosmetics. Antioxidant, astringent, antiseptic and antibacterial, this fruit helps reduce skin imperfections, making pimples and blackheads disappear in its path. The vitamin C it contains also plays a sebum-regulating role. To this acidity, it was important for our Maître Moussier to bring sweetness, thanks in particular to the donkey's milk. Whether fragile or dry skin is no longer afraid, our soap is perfectly suited to their needs. This extremely rich milk contains vitamins (A, B1, B2, B6, C, D, E), minerals, trace elements (calcium, magnesium, iron, etc.), Omega 6, Omega 3, proteins and amino acids. THE COMPOSITION OF ORGANIC DONKEY’S MILK AND LEMON SOAP At first, our little foamers made a Marseille soap according to the traditional recipe: vegetable oil (here palm oil from fair trade), water, soda, glycerin and salt. In a second step, they added the precious organic donkey's milk as well as the lemon perfume, which our Maître Moussier went to find in Grasse, the blessed city of all perfumers around the world. HOW TO USE ORGANIC DONKEY MILK AND LEMON SOAP Just because our soap is organic doesn't mean it doesn't foam. Before using it, moisten it and your body to release its beautiful creamy foam and its sweet scent that will end up waking you up if you are more of the #douchelematin team.
