Carafe, "Wink T"

Wink T, (like a wink in English) is a “Toulouse brick” carafe. This carafe is initially a nod to the sugar pack anchored in the collective unconscious. As a pretext for creation, the transposition was done in a material emblematic of the Toulouse region where I am based: terracotta. Coming from a family farm in the south of Toulouse, this earth is poured to shape this carafe. The “Wink T” model is the second version of this carafe. It incorporates a flange that closes the area behind the spout. Enamelled only on the inside, immerse it in water and drain it before use, its porous exterior wall will have the effect of a gargoulette to keep your water cool!
