We have kept the syrup reasonably high in acidity as the fruit is naturally acidic with a hint of pink colour and cloudy from the fibre. This is a great product for the consumers that want to enjoy it all year long the rhubarb flavour even if it is an early spring seasonal produce. We like to use it instead of sugar in crumbles or simply added to a G&T. 100% natural & suitable for Vegan.
