Forged carving fork with a 180 mm NITRUM® stainless steel blade that improves its cutting capacity and extends the durability of its edge.Its handle is made of polyoxymethylene (POM) and, in addition, it incorporates the Bactiproof Silver system, which has the necessary agents to protect its surface from the appearance of stains, odors and harmful microorganisms.It has a characteristic rounded ferrule that, together with the defense, makes this fork the perfect combination of design and safety.At ARCOS we decided to change the aluminum rivets for stainless steel ones since the latter give the handle greater grip and significantly improve corrosion resistance.We recommend keeping the knife in its optimal condition so that, over the years, our knife remains as good as new.   It comes presented in a case, which you can use to store your knife safely.   It has a 10-year warranty.
