RANIA SPARKLING WINE | BODEGAS CALVENTE 750 ML

Sparkling wine with a bright yellow color, fine and constant bubbles. The aroma is fine, with notes of pear, grapefruit, and pineapple, with floral notes like orange blossom, recognizable from the Moscatel variety, and a background of pastries that comes from the second fermentation in the bottle and an aging process of more than 24 months. ­ The palate is fresh, dry, balanced, and somewhat smooth, with a bitter finish typical of the variety, which prolongs the persistence of the citrus and floral flavors in the aftertaste.
