Reserve red wine D.O.Ca. Rioja Vega Medina

Variety: Tempranillo, Graciano and Garnacha. Preparation: traditional method of sealing and easy crushing. The grapes are placed in stainless steel tanks and macerated or fermented at a controlled temperature between 28 and 30 °C. After fermentation, it is macerated for 15 days to be eaten later. After racking, it spontaneously undergoes malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 20 °C. As soon as it is ready, it is transferred and packaged in American and French oak barrels, where it is left to rest for 24 months. After aging in barrels, it remains in storage for 6 months for subsequent bottling, using the least aggressive techniques with wine to preserve its organoleptic properties. Tasting notes: Ruby red color, with intense and complex aromas from barrel aging, with notes of cocoa, spices and ripe black fruit. On the palate it is long, intense, with a persistent finish. Consumption temperature: between 16°C and 18°C. Pairing: ideal for roasted or grilled red meats, strongly cured cheeses, baked fish, grilled vegetables, spoon dishes, charcuterie
