Demeter spelled penne

Use: Ideal with light sauces and as an accompaniment to a Sunday roast. Preparation: Bring plenty of water to the boil with some sea salt. Add the noodles and cook for about 7-8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour off the water and drain the noodles. For refinement, toss the pasta in a little warmed butter and serve with tomato sauce.
