Baked apple fruit spread

As the name suggests, the fruit spread is made from roasted apples and refined with cinnamon. We mostly use dessert or winter apples for our delicacy. This year it was mainly rescued Welschbrunner apples from beautiful Styria. During production, we only process organic beet sugar from Austria. Fruit spread with 70% fruit content sugar content 30% Store cool after opening.
