The chalk pencil is essential to mark the lines of the pattern. Its easy grip will allow you to draw lines of great precision and more supported than with a traditional chalk. You can also sharpen the mine with a pencil sharpener and therefore adapt the thickness of your line according to your markings. Always do a test on a piece of fabric to check that the chalk erases normally. A button with an eraser lead is located at the upper end of the mechanical pencil whose retention mechanism changes the lead if pressed.
