Our chewing root for dogs The chewing roots consist of the bulbous roots of the Erika tree heath. Due to their extreme hardness, they last a long time and are great chewing fun, especially for dogs that are sensitive to food. The root can also be offered to puppies that need to chew very much as a great alternative to slippers or chair legs. The chewing roots are available in different sizes - Australian Shepherd bitch Frony chews on a size M and dachshund Lotte on an S root.
