Vintage Sudanese Dinka Shield - 44.1

The Dinka people are from a region of the upper white Nile in Southern Sudan. The shields are used for many ceremonial occasions but would have orriginally been used in battle during wars. Makes for a beautiful sculpture. Due to the nature of handcraft items there will be slight imperfections on the surfaces. Size: 111cm Height x 43cm Width Base Depth: 25cm
