The classic among the chai varieties interpreted in a Portuguese way. With tasty Portuguese black tea from the Azores and unique spices, the tea is also ideal for a chai latte. Flavor profile: Spicy, cinnamon notes, slightly malty USE Brewing time: 5 to 8 minutes Temperature: 90° to 95° C 1 teaspoon (3g) per cup Store in a cool, dry place and protect from exposure to light. Start with freshly boiled water and cool it down to around 90 to 95 degrees. Afterwards you brew a teaspoon of the tea per person freshly in your teapot or teacup. Let the tea steep for about 5 to 8 minutes. Squeeze the tea with a spoon after steeping to intensify the tea taste. Since our teas do not contain any additional aromas, we recommend adjusting the optimal brewing time to the desired intensity of taste.
