Blond beer with a golden color. Fresh with notes of cereals and a sweet bitterness given by hops from Alsace. The drawing is made by the designer Jean Risacher. A play on words takes up the expression or song "We are in half!" and alludes to the traditional "demi" of beer known to all. Alk 5.6%.
