Hoppy Wheat Pale Ale This light wheat beer (5% vol) is the result of a blend of grains and hops. ­ The result is a clear, straw-colored beer. On the nose, a salad of ripe yellow fruits. On the palate, initial fruity and floral notes give way to the sweetness of cereals and a slight bitterness.
