BLONDE SMASH FIR This light blonde beer (5% vol) is the result of combining cereals and fir syrup. ­ SMASH for: Single Malt And Single Hop, or 1 type of malt and 1 type of hop. ­ The result is a clear, straw-colored beer. A beautiful balance between, first the malt flavors, then the fir syrup which recalls the freshness of mountain forests, then a slight bitterness. ­ A bitterness very different from that usually brought by hops, this beer is a beautiful discovery of different flavors.
