Musteline Blonde is a high fermentation artisanal blonde beer. Light and refreshing, it is the flavors of citrus and coriander that dominate the taste. We use French hops for this recipe which bring bitterness but also floral and spicy notes. It is brewed and put into barrels by us in an artisanal way in our micro-brewery located in Jumigny in the Aisne, at the foot of the Chemin des Dames. It is a beer that has been refermented for natural and artisanal carbonation. It is without dye or preservative and unfiltered, unpasteurized. Store cool vertically and enjoy in a glass around 6°C.
