With this German-inspired recipe, this bottom-fermented beer is fresh, light, not very bitter and easy to drink. It’s the perfect “table beer”! On the nose, it is malty. To taste, we find the cereals with a little spicy side. This beer has 4.7% alcohol and has received AB certification. In terms of agreements: It goes perfectly with a soft cheese! Moreover, we recommend “la pierre blanche”: cheese with a flowery rind in the shape of a brick and made from raw farm milk from the Vinage farm located in Roncq!
