2019 Morgon Les Charmes - Old Vines

At the tasting, this wine has a deep ruby color, is long in the mouth and rich in tannins of a beautiful firmness. The violet remains present, the red fruits have ripened well, to go on notes of kirsch, morello cherries. Spicy, vanilla and chocolate notes appear on the finish. Terra Vitis & HVE3 certified vineyard. Our oldest plots - almost a hundred years old - offer us small grapes each year bursting with sugar and aromas, which we vinify with care to produce intense wines of rare finesse. Aging in tuns for 10 months finishes polishing the tannins for a beautiful texture.
