Deep ruby color. The nose is frank, spicy and vanilla, with aromas of Morello cherry and undergrowth. The mouth is balanced, suave, with a lot of substance and rich in melted tannins. Excellent length in the mouth. The aromas of ripe fruit are present, with notes of vanilla and cocoa spices. Terra Vitis & HVE3 certified vineyard. Vinification: whole harvest (berries + stalks), long fermentation (15 to 20 days) with pumping over, shedding and punching down to ensure excellent aging potential. Ageing: in oak barrels for 9 to 18 months in a vaulted cellar. Storage in stainless steel tanks at the end of ageing. 1 star Guide Hachette
