Nicaragua Dipilto Ground Maragogype - 8,95€ / 250g

This coffee is produced in the heart of the Dipilto Mountains, near the border with Honduras. It is grown on sandy soil, at an altitude between 1200 and 1700 meters above sea level. The coffee trees are produced under shade (70% with various species), with soil and plant fertilization respecting the environment. Olman, the producer, chooses cherries harvested from the lower areas of the farm for this “washed” method, which allows him to obtain more intense coffees.
