Peru Decaffeinated Cajamarca Grain - €6.45 / 250g

Peru is the 8th coffee producing country in the world and exports nearly 90% of its production. Its coffees are mostly produced by small producers certified organic farming. This coffee is no exception to the rule and comes precisely from Jaen, a city located in the region of Cajamarca, in the northwest of Peru. This coffee is a varietal blend of red caturra, red bourbon and typica, grown between 1200 and 1800 meters above sea level. This coffee is then decaffeinated with water by the Canadian company Swiss Water.
