Spreadable product of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and cocoa butter. The amalgamation of the only two ingredients, of vegetable origin, takes place only and exclusively by mechanical method, no thickeners, additives or chemical facilitators are added. Creamy and yellow in color. Burrolio is natural (total absence of thickeners, dyes, stabilizers, and various additives) at times it can have shades of white due to the presence of cocoa butter.
