Smooth peanut butter

Peanut butter in it's purest form. 100% whole, skin on peanuts, roasted gently and ground as soon as they are cool, to preserve their beautifully fresh flavour. Peanuts are packed with protein and heart healthy monounsaturated fats. We leave the skins on ours because as well as being incredibly flavoursome they are a rich source of resveratrol, the same type of antioxiant that is found within the skin of red grapes. Try this spread onto sticks of celery or slices of sweet crunchy apple, bake it into flapjacks and cookies, or use it to create savoury Satay style sauces. I sometimes make a morning smoothie using plant milk, a teaspoon of peanut butter, frozen banana and a drizzle of maple syrup. It's a great post-workout recovery meal, especially if you add a small handful of oats. Storage: No need to refrigerate….store in a cool, dry place, once open eat within 3 months. Oil separation is natural, just give me a stir!
