With the backpack on our shoulders, having completed a good part of the path that led us to the Omoa hill, a young couple from Marcala told us that we were in one of the main coffee-producing areas in Honduras. High quality, with good body and acidity, this coffee is perfumed, with notes of caramel, toffee and sweet flower. In addition, it is slightly fruity and has certain touches that remind us of the red apple.
