Peru Cajamarca

In the Andes mountain range, in a valley formed by the Mashcón and Chonta rivers, is the Peruvian department of Cajamarca. There, in the high jungle of Peru, we visit Jaén, a welcoming city that is home to many places of interest. We toured the Plaza de Armas, took a motorcycle taxi ride and tasted the typical food of the region. \n \nThis conventional coffee is produced in this tropical jungle environment, through a washing process and at an altitude of more than 1,250 meters. It is a sweet, honeyed and delicate coffee, in which certain floral notes with a touch of cocoa and hazelnut stand out. With a medium acidity and a good body, this coffee is ideal to drink neat or with milk. Would you like to try it?
