This whole bean coffee is a signature blend, composed of equal parts of a Brazilian Arabica from the Cerrado, renowned for its roundness and fruity notes, and a Vietnamese Robusta from the Dak Lak plateau, selected for its intensity, its richness in caffeine and its length in the mouth. Designed to offer a perfect balance between sweetness and power, the Caldo develops a chocolatey attack, a mid-palate with hints of dried fruit, and a slightly spicy finish, with a beautiful structure in the cup and a generous cream.
