With the Caliber RCD238DAB-BT Bluetooth® DAB+ car radio you can enjoy both your own music and the radio in your car. Connect your phone via Bluetooth® or play your CD collection. This car radio has various options for playing music, but only where you feel like it. DAB+ quality Do you like listening to the radio while driving? Then you want good sound quality. DAB+ is digital radio over the air and offers better sound than the older FM. The reception is better and there is less noise. DAB+ provides sharper sound so you can enjoy your favorite hits and hear the voices on your favorite shows better. There are plenty of DAB+ and FM stations to choose from, so you can easily switch between them without having to search for the right frequency again. Bluetooth® and playback Bluetooth® streaming is crisp and clear thanks to A2DP and AVRCP profiles. These profiles also prevent noise and hiccups. The RCD238DAB-BT shows on the screen which artist and title you are listening to via ID3 tag. The RCD239DAB-BT features a 4-band equalizer that allows you to tune your music to your liking. Hands-free calling Use the RCD238DAB-BT as a hands-free car kit with the included external vehicle microphone. Just place the microphone where you like. Pick up the phone via the radio control panel and make your calls clearly through the vehicle loudspeakers. links The RCD238DAB-BT has several connections for playing music that is not played via the radio or Bluetooth®. First of all there is a CD player. Do you have your music on a USB stick or SD card? Then play it through the appropriate ports. If you still have an old playback device, you can use the 3.5mm Aux connector. The RCD238DAB-BT also offers the possibility to connect an additional amplifier and subwoofer. This is done via the cinch connections or the sub-out on the back of the head unit. The radio is fitted with an ISO connector which allows for a plug and play connection (assuming your vehicle has an ISO connector).
