Our fine, cask aged Caribbean rum is blended with fresh Cornish spring water sourced from Cape Cornwall. This provides distinct chocolatey notes among the fresher, grassy flavours. Our Gold rum is consists of a Barbados 3 year old Rum further blended with 5 year old cask aged Rum with dominance from the Dominican Republic.
