Raw rosemary honey is made mainly with the nectar of rosemary flower or Rosmarinus officinalis by bees located in the municipality of Molinicos, in the Sierra del Segura. It is collected handcrafted and packed by hand with great care. It has a very smooth and delicate flavor where we can appreciate notes of almond, thyme and savory. Plants that have a presence in it area where this natural honey is collected. Its texture is crystallized but with a more liquid and homogeneous density. PAIRING It is perfect for infusions and salads giving it a touch different and sweet. INDICATIONS Raw honey is a pure, unfiltered product that comes from straight from the hive.
