Care Free Curl Neutralizer 16 oz

Care Free Curl Neutralizing Solution 16 oz is a clear, slightly viscous neutralizing solution that will not strip hair color and is used to set curls. Provides shine, conditioning and improves proper moisture balance, helping to maintain the curl or wave pattern.  Directions: Apply the neutralizing solution generously to each rod or roller, making sure to fully saturate the top and bottom. Leave the neutralizer on for only 10 minutes. Do not use a hairdryer. Do not remove the rods or rollers; rinse thoroughly with warm water and a towel. Gently remove rods or rollers and rinse hair with warm water for 1-2 minutes, or until all residue is removed. Remember not to shampoo for 48 hours as this may affect the duration of the result. Precautions: Avoid contact with eyes and rinse immediately if product comes into contact with them. Use suitable gloves, as it contains hydrogen peroxide.  Main active ingredients: Aqua, hydrogen peroxide, pentasodium pentetate, sodium stannate.
