ORTOMAYO® - Vegan pepper mayonnaise - 240 g

Vegan pepper mayonnaise with dried peppers and extra virgin olive oil – 250 ml. Made with first choice vegetables (in our farm we do not use waste for production). The dried peppers used in this recipe give a more intense and decisive flavor to the mayonnaise. The vegan mayonnaise comes from the manual transformation of seasonal vegetables, carried out in the internal laboratory of the same farm. It is 100% vegetable, prepared with very few ingredients. Ingredients: peppers; extra virgin olive oil; lemon juice; whole sea salt; dried peppers. Without preservatives and dyes. Without eggs, milk and added sugars. Ideal to accompany cheeses, fill sandwiches, season pasta, eat meat and fish differently.
